Comprised of cables made from the finest grade of stainless steel secured by top and bottom tension set mounts and connecting clamps made of solid brass in satin black, satin gold, chrome or silver pearl finishes, this superior and luxurious wine racking system is sure to enhance the visual impact and presentation of any wine collection or display.

Our Story
Where Did the Cable Wine System Come From?
The Cable Wine System was developed in Toronto in 2011 by Steve Papadimitriou, founder of Cable Wine Systems. He introduced it to the public at IDS12, Toronto’s Interior Design Show, in 2012, and it has been sold internationally ever since.
What Parts Make Up the System?
Every Cable Wine System is built from three types of parts: stainless steel ball cables, tension sets that anchor each vertical cable, and clamps that hold the horizontal cables.
- Tension sets anchor the top and bottom of each vertical cable.
- Ball cables are the stainless steel cables that form the frame.
- Double side, right side and left side clamps hold the horizontal cables where they meet each vertical cable.
All clamps and tension sets are solid brass, in satin black, satin gold, chrome or silver pearl. Two horizontal cables cradle each bottle, and the spacing fits bottles from 500 ml to 1,500 ml, including magnums.
How Is the Cable Wine System Installed?
The Cable Wine System should be installed by a qualified contractor, because most of the weight hangs from the ceiling or top mount. That mounting area must be structurally reinforced before the cables are tensioned. See the FAQ for more on installation and dealers.
